A file cloud with office editors, password-protected file encryption and Strong ID sign-in. The table below uses suppliers' public data and what runs in our production today; what we do not have is written as such.

Choose Strong if
- your team is up to 25–50 people: Nextcloud Enterprise starts at 100 users, our licence starts at 25
- you need ID-card sign-in and data in the EU, and your own server with an offline licence if required
- you want a simple start at €4 per user and password encryption of single files
Better look at the alternatives if
- you need mobile apps today — ours are planned
- you need Entra or Google single sign-on, SCIM, built-in antivirus
- you need mail, calendar and office in one package — look at Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

One Strong ID account
One sign-in and one organisation for every Strong product: people and roles are not set up again in each program.
ID card
Sign in with an ID card (Web eID) through Strong ID; in Steps, sign the acknowledgement with an ID card.
Data in the EU
The Strong cloud runs on EU servers; you can install the software on your own server and the licence works offline.
