Stay is not a PMS but an operations layer next to your booking system: a room map, condition scores, repair requests with photos. Cleaning statuses and a mobile app are not there yet — they are planned.

Choose Strong if
- you already have a PMS but lack order in repairs and room condition, in Estonian and Russian
- a small hotel that also needs shift schedules, procedures and a website in one account (the “Strong for hotels” bundle)
Better look at the alternatives if
- you need cleaning statuses and a housekeeping app today — Flexkeeping (English-only interface)
- you need a full booking system — that is Mews or another PMS; we do not compete with them

One Strong ID account
One sign-in and one organisation for every Strong product: people and roles are not set up again in each program.

Sign in with an ID card (Web eID) through Strong ID; in Steps, sign the acknowledgement with an ID card.
Data in the EU
The Strong cloud runs on EU servers; you can install the software on your own server and the licence works offline.
